Commercial Roofer- Entry Level and Experienced

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer and/or entry level candidate interested in becoming a Commercial Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing and other commercial roofing materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all construction workplace safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Conduct roof inspections to identify repair needs and execute roofing repairs efficiently while adhering to project specifications.

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair in commercial settings preferred, but will train eager candidates.
• Hands-on experience working with heavy lifting equipment and power tools in outdoor environments preferred, but will train.
• Understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) workplace safety regulations preferred, but will train.
• Prior experience in working on single-ply membrane roofing systems or similar commercial roofing materials is highly desirable, but not necessary.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in outdoor conditions across various weather scenarios.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
