You Will

About the Role – Commercial Roofer / Laborer

• Work outdoors in all elements (yes, you’ll get paid to get a tan!)
• Lift 50 lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel—this job will keep you fit
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof
  
  

Bonus If You Have

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
• Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
• A valid driver’s license
  
  

Working Conditions

• Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather)
• Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting
• Occasional travel
