Commercial Roofing Laborer Summary
You will be working outdoors on commercial roofing projects alongside experienced foremen and crew members. Commercial Roofing Laborer Requirements
- Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in varying and extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly; repeated bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
- Must be comfortable with heights and working on roofs
- Perform roofing work according to job specifications while following all safety guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license a plus
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sloped roofing systems (tile/shingles) is helpful but not required
- Previous residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperatures
- Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequent lifting
- Travel: Local travel within Wyoming may be required
