Principle Responsibilities
- Performs assigned jobs in, glass bead, clean/pack, and deflashing, as needed.
- Performs in-process quality checks on all work performed.
- Adheres to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures and work instructions, company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
- Documents time entry in the computer and completes shop floor documentation.
- Completes assigned jobs according to operation standards within specifications.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience necessary
- Basic mathematical and measurement skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, understand fractions and decimals).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor and coworkers.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Manual dexterity to work with very small parts.
- 20/20 vision (corrected) in order to see under Standard Viewing Conditions.
- Detail-oriented to correctly complete manufacturing paperwork.
- Ability to follow and execute processes/directions and basic blueprint specifications
- Ability to read and write English in order to read and interpret manufacturing processes.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems
