Tecnova Electronics Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Electronic Technician who will be responsible for all facets of testing, including Programming, ICT, Functional Test, and Calibration. Setup and operate test fixtures. Efficiently troubleshoot and repair basic electronic and mechanical assemblies.Candidates must have the ability to:Safely and efficiently setup/operate test fixtures, test platforms, test equipmentAssemble and test both mechanical and electronic assembliesAccurately document test results including pass/fail criteriaPerform basic troubleshooting and repair including visual inspection and solder repairsRequirements - Applicants must meet the following criteria:Electronic Trade School CertificationAssociate Degree in Electronics, preferred3 - 5 years’ technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environmentKnowledge of digital and analog electronic circuitryIntermediate understanding of IPC SMT Placement & Soldering Acceptability StandardsKnowledge of troubleshooting procedures and electronic components identificationAbility to read and comprehend technical documentationDistinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tonesExcellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracyExcellent communication skills and function well in a team environmentAbility to stand for extended hours and able to manually lift up to 50 poundsAdditional Requirements:No 3rd-party resumes accepted.
