Production Line Worker

The Production Line Worker is responsible for building and assembling products or components according to company specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical ability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assemble products accurately following established procedures and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and properly
• Soldering
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Label and package finished products as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report material shortages, defects, or equipment issues to supervisor
• Meet production rates, goals and quality standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform light janitorial services (ie. Sweeping, taking out trash)
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to read, write, hear, count and communicate effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with hand tools and small components
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and grasping
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Good vision and manual dexterity

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Must be authorized to work in the US, without sponsorship now or in the future.
