To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in West Chester, PA.
The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Service Department by coordinating service operations, maintaining critical system data, managing service orders and contracts, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting. This position works closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales, Project Management, Accounting, and global teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain service orders, installations, and service contracts within Infor LN and Salesforce.
- Support field service operations by processing service requests, spare parts, subcontractor purchase orders, and installation activities.
- Review completed service orders for accuracy, including labor, parts usage, warranty coverage, billing information, and documentation.
- Process third-party invoices and coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Maintain service master data, including pricing, activities, service types, preventive maintenance schedules, and contract templates.
- Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules and customer service contracts.
- Serve as a key user for Infor LN by maintaining system data and coordinating updates with internal stakeholders and global teams.
- Provide backup support for service call intake and service order entry as needed.
- Collaborate with Service, Sales, Project Management, Accounting, and Field Service Engineers to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and ERP systems (Infor LN preferred) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus.
