Tecnavia is hiring a Client Services Representative to join our Customer Service team working with the largest media companies in North America.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day contact with our publisher partners and point person for all client discussions.
- Manage and develop client relationships for driving clients through the full life-cycle of the account — pre-sales support, account vetting, onboarding, client UI walk-throughs, ongoing relationship and troubleshooting support.
- Utilize internal systems to ensure all account information is accurate and up to date.
- Create end-to-end strategies for new publishers and product implementations.
- Track, resolve and/or escalate client issues while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
- Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication and testing skills required
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail/Calendar) or similar with an aptitude to learn new systems
- Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and basic web development a plus
- Ad serving experience in DFP a plus
Work location and schedules
Burnsville MN, Full-time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with 1h lunch break (one weekend every third week)
