Our company is hiring AI-ready talent in the U.S and are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support building high-impact engineering teams including AI/ML roles.
This is a freelance opportunity ideal for someone with a strong foundation in recruiting who wants to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you’ll do
- Support sourcing efforts for technical roles, with a focus on outbound
- Identify and engage candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, outbound
- Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and assist with screening processes
- Partner with the team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Support coordination and help ensure a smooth candidate experience
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (technical roles preferred)
- Solid understanding of outbound sourcing fundamentals
- Interest or exposure to engineering roles (AI/ML is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to have
- Exposure to the U.S. hiring market
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Experience working in startups or distributed teams
