About the Role
Tecknomic is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support new model launch activities for battery manufacturing operations. This role coordinates engineering, construction, purchasing, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule from concept through production launch.
100% onsite in Liberty, NC
Travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new model launch activities
- Support battery manufacturing project execution
- Develop project schedules and milestone tracking
- Define and report KPIs
- Lead project/trial Obeya meetings
- Coordinate pre-production trials
- Support construction milestones
- Communicate project status
- Lead cross-functional problem solving
- Standardize reporting
- Support budgets and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
- 5 years Project Engineering/Management
- Capital projects over $500K
- Project schedules and milestones
- Executive KPI reporting
- Cross-functional coordination
