What You Will Do
- Acquire new property and casualty (P&C) insurance clients through active daily outreach.
- Educate families on how to properly protect their assets and income.
- Build trust and navigate sales conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment to meet monthly goals.
- Obtain your Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license (we will guide you through this process).
Benefits & Compensation (Full-Time Eligible)
- Stable Base Pay: $36,000 reliable base salary.
- Performance Upside: Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses ($70K–$80K expected total first-year earnings).
