Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks such as framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and drywall finishing.
- Conduct plumbing and electrical work including fixture installation, schematics interpretation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete construction tasks efficiently.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, stucco application, roofing, and heavy equipment operation as needed.
- Support restoration projects by applying plastering, caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape work.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or general construction site experience.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
