• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data engineering and data science
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
