Program Analyst I

Responsibilities
- Analytical, technical, and administrative support Tech(x)'s CMB customer, ensuring effective planning, execution, and oversight of program activities.
- Track program performance, conducting data analysis, preparing reports and briefings, supporting budget and resource management, and coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD policies and mission objectives.
- Project analysis and requirements documentation. Serve as primary analyst for DOW acquisition support initiatives, translating complex client requirements into comprehensive project specifications and technical documentation delivered to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with program management tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining security and regulatory standards.
- Experience in DOW procurement processes.
- Reporting on project led analysis.
- Have supported a program in a DOW Lab environment.
- Able to utilize the Microsoft Suite tools efficiently.
- Must demonstrate a respectful demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the DoD industry doing software implementation and change management.
- Have DOW experience on a contract performing evaluating system configuration and technical implementations for compliance.
- Coordinated multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives.
Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in business, Finance or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience related to operations, projects and programs.
