We are seeking a detail-oriented Operational Risk Testing Analyst to support control testing activities within our HR operational risk framework.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Audit, or related field.
3 years of experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, or internal controls testing, ideally in an HR or financial services environment.
Familiarity with RCSA methodology and control testing best practices.
Experience with issue management lifecycle (identification, remediation, tracking).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
