Job Summary

Works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced Mission Command Information Systems instructions and materials
Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions
Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for BDE and above units.
Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
Update Programs of Instruction.
Other related tasks as assigned by Lead

Required Qualifications

Instructors shall have 4 years relevant military experience operating Army MCS.
The contractor will certify instructors in accordance with (IAW) the government approved certification program.
Possess advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
Possess expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter.
Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills.
Must possess a SECRET clearance
