Role Focus: IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Type: Long term Contract
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), primarily across Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Microsoft Azure environments.
The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in cloud-based VDI as well as traditional on-prem infrastructure, including VMware vSphere and Citrix ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for VDI environments (Citrix Azure)
- Oversee performance, availability, and user experience for virtual desktop platforms
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business units
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and continuous service improvement
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and support teams
