Key Responsibilities
- ** Technical Support:** Respond to support tickets, diagnose, and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, peripherals (printers, monitors), and related software.
- ** Installation & Configuration:** Set up new hardware/software, configure systems, and upgrade existing equipment.
- ** Maintenance & Repair:** Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on hardware and firmware.
- ** User Assistance:** Provide training and guidance to users on operating systems, applications (email, word processing), and general IT best practices.
- ** Network & Security:** Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and manage security/software updates.
- ** Documentation:** Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
