Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid 3 days
Duration: long term
Required
- At least 5 years of Information Technology experience
- Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer)
- Strong communication and Analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Google Cloud platform (especially BigQuery & DataFlow)
- Experience with Python and Google Cloud SDK & API Scripting
- Google Cloud Platform certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) considered a plus.
- Capable of designing scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources into BQ
- Strong hands-on experience on Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
