As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our Southern California team and help expand our presence in the Rancho Cucamonga region.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare professionals. Your expertise in spinal navigation systems will be essential in educating clients, demonstrating product value, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets in the Rancho Cucamonga territory.
- Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Conduct product presentations, in-service trainings, and clinical demonstrations for surgeons and OR staff.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, account management, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the medical device field, with a strong focus on spinal navigation systems.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships.
- Existing network of contacts within spinal surgery, neurosurgery, or orthopedic departments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Rancho Cucamonga or surrounding areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
Base Salary - $95,000 as well as additional commission per sale.
