Must have experience in process change management.#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs. Requirements for the Revenue Operations Manager:
- Master’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
- Background working in CPG, agriculture and animal protein industries preferred.
- 6 years of work experience in a corporate environment, with experience both building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, with a clear understanding of different models and approaches, in the food space for both retail and food service channels.
- Proven experience in budgeting and managing trade and promotional accruals and familiarity with end-to-end payment workflows.
- Experience in process change management.
- Strong analytical background, with clear understanding of different business objectives / insights methodologies and frameworks, with proven hands-on experience and career progression.
- Leadership, with excellent communication, networking, collaborative and relational skills.
- Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills.
- Availability and service-oriented mindset.
- Organized and strong planner.
- Experience with Price Pack Architecture, TPM, Yield and Margin Management frameworks.
- Project management experience and capability building.
- Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales, pricing, and trade solutions.
