We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our enterprise Agile transformation journey. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, product teams, and cross-functional groups to strengthen Agile practices, drive maturity, and deliver measurable outcomes.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
Coach Agile teams at product & portfolio level to improve delivery, collaboration, and self-organization
Drive adoption of the organization's Agile playbook and embed Agile values & principles
Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and cross-team sessions
Develop advanced Jira/Confluence dashboards, workflows, and analytics for maturity reporting
Mentor Scrum Masters, POs, release engineers & new Agile facilitators
Lead Agile Community of Practice and support process improvements
Assess Agile maturity and guide teams toward optimal levels
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years as an Agile Coach
Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Jira Align, Data Lake, Miro, Power BI
Strong JQL skills, ability to design complex Jira workflows and reporting dashboards
Excellent communication & stakeholder management, including working with senior leaders
Hands-on experience delivering Agile training
Certifications : CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CST, Kanban
