We are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Product to lead and scale our product organization as we enter our next phase of growth. This role is critical in shaping product strategy, building a strong product operating model, and embedding customer-centric, AI-first thinking across the company.
You will take ownership of a growing team of product managers and designers, working closely with engineering, solutions engineering, and leadership to deeply understand our developer-focused products and translate customer needs into high-impact outcomes.
This is not a “big-company, overshoot” role. We are looking for a builder and operator—someone who enjoys being close to customers, product details, and execution, especially in the early months.

Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership & Strategy:
- Own the end-to-end product vision and execution for a portfolio of developer tools and technical products.
- Position the product organization—and the company—as AI-first, ensuring AI capabilities are thoughtfully embedded into product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to scale product expertise across the organization.
- Lead and develop 4 Product Managers (growing to 5 by year-end) and 2–3 Designers reporting directly to this role.
- Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and supervision processes before delegating execution.
- Build a strong communication and decision-making structure within the product team and across functions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and guide prioritization.
- Learn the product deeply before training or delegating to others.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and developer experience excellence.
- Maintain a strong balance between strategic leadership and day-to-day product involvement.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product alignment with customer and market needs.
- Support faster, more effective product decision-making as the company scales.
- Strong technical foundation with a background in software engineering
- Proven experience building and scaling developer tools or developer-focused products
- Prior leadership experience managing 6–10 direct reports
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally at or beyond $100M ARR
- Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while building scalable systems and teams
- Comfortable working across time zones, including occasional early-morning meetings
