About The Role

Join Weave as a Founding Engineer to build software for engineering teams, involving customer interaction, coding, infrastructure, and updates, with mentorship and broad ownership.

As Weave’s founding product engineer, your job is simple: build things customers want. This involves:

• Talking to customers to understand their pain points and requests
• Designing and planning potential solutions
• Writing backend and frontend code for new features
• Provisioning infrastructure to support those features
• Releasing updates and collecting feedback
• Fixing bugs — quickly when needed, deeply when it matters
• Writing blog posts about what you’ve built

Salary: 140000 - 200000 USD
