Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and process inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Label, categorize, and store products appropriately.
- Support order fulfillment and ensure timely product availability.
- Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory control best practices.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience using inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods when required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with barcode scanning systems.
- Knowledge of inventory reporting and cycle count procedures.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, fitness, wellness, or consumer products industries.
