Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid 3x/Week)

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a passionate, driven Business Development Associate to join our Growth Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in IT services and emerging technology solutions
- Supporting capture efforts for federal and commercial opportunities
- Working closely with technical teams to develop proposals, marketing collateral, and capability messaging
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, OEMs, and government stakeholders
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Capture
- Experience or interest in IT services or product sales (Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Low Code, etc.)
- Federal sector experience preferred but NOT required
- Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills
- A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to grow in the government tech space
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business and management, information systems, computer science, or another related field
