Role: Tableau Developer with Monitoring Tools

Location: Irving, TX - On Site

JD:

• Monitoring & Observability: Configure, utilize, and create dashboards in Kibana and Tableu to monitor application logs, performance metrics, and system health in real-time to proactively identify and troubleshoot production issues.
• Database & Performance: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema primarily within the Oracle environment to ensure system efficiency.
• Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve database performance bottlenecks, tune slow-running queries, and ensure overall database efficiency and scalability.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive software quality by implementing and executing a variety of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and working closely with QA teams.
• Telecom Order Flow: Apply deep expertise in the telecom domain to develop and enhance systems, specifically focusing on the complete telecom order flow life cycle (capture, decomposition, fulfillment, and status tracking).
• Collaboration & Maintenance: Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality, stable solutions.
• Workload Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work extended hours as needed to meet critical project deadlines or address production emergencies.
• Programming: Good programming knowledge on Python development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in software development.
• Database Expertise: Exceptional skills in SQL development, including advanced query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning on Oracle database systems.
• Application Monitoring: Direct, hands-on experience with Kibana for analyzing application logs, creating visualizations, and setting up operational dashboards.
• Testing Proficiency: Solid experience with software testing practices, including writing automated unit tests and executing integration/system tests (e.g., using JUnit, Pytest, Mocking frameworks).
• Domain Knowledge: Mandatory experience working within the telecom domain, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end telecom order flow life cycle.
• Web Technologies: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
