Position: Technical Engineer/Robotics Engineer
Location: Georgetown, KY
Duration: 12 Months
Role Overview – 3 different Project/roles:
· Robot Engineering – Focus on painting and circulation robots.
· CO2 Reduction Project: Environmental metrics and implementation and Support 2050 carbon neutrality goals.
· Innovation Engineering: Testing, Evaluation and Installation of Paint Innovative Technologies. Standardization and RJ Development
Candidate Profile
· 3–5 years in production engineering, preferably in automotive or industrial equipment.
· Background in electrical/computer science engineering with Industry 4.0 and controls experience.
· Skills in robot programming, paint systems, equipment installation, and emissions compliance.
· Strong vendor/stakeholder communication; versatile and self-starting.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):
· Project Planning
· Knowledge and expertise in Paint Standards (OSHA, PSHSR, ISO, CSA, ANSII, etc.)
· Controls & Software Experience
· Industry 4.0
· Fire Safety Standards
· Code (NEC & NFPA)
· Equipment Procurement and Installation
