- Experience 6 to 10 years of experience in Manhattan WMS, Dematic MHE WCS system.
- Good hands-on experience on Dematic MHE WCS system
- Good hands-on experience on handling support issues with Dematic.
- Creating incidents and coordinating with MHE vendors
- Will be responsible for 3 DCs each in east and west coast.
- Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting , LMS Configurations, and WCS.
- Should have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operations
- Good communication skills.
