Role: Senior SDET NICE CXone Test Automation Engineer

- 7 years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone platform, including IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center workflows.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript will be added advantage
- Experience designing and developing scalable automation testing frameworks from scratch.
- Expertise in automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in API testing, validation, and automation using REST APIs and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Experience executing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and modern branching strategies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with participation in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native application testing.
- Understanding of performance, load, and reliability testing concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
