Job Description:
It is a location specific role. Client is expecting 4 days/week work from Philadelphia Technology Center.
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for web applications.
- Drive architecture, design, and implementation using Java, Spring Boot (backend) and React (frontend).
- Plan, track, and manage development activities across multiple teams/modules.
- Break down high-level requirements into well-defined development tasks and user stories.
- Own backlog grooming/refinement sessions with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
- Drive automation in testing (unit, integration, UI).
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Candidate should have team management exp and should have come from a Java development background.
- Strong communication skills.
