Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Provide day to day production support for insurance platform applications. Coordinate with third party vendors EIS for incident resolution.
Raise vendor tickets, determine and categorize incident severity, and provide clear problem descriptions. Perform impact analysis, support grid determination root cause analysis, and chase tickets through to closure.
Track, follow up, and communicate status until final resolution or workaround is provided. Work closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and i
