Position Program Manager, Supply Chain
Location: Modesto, CA (Hybrid)
Type of JOB : Contract
Role Summary
The Program Manager – Supply Chain (Food/CPG) leads programs to ensure product availability, freshness, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across food manufacturing and distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain initiatives including planning, sourcing, production, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, SQF, and food safety standards
- Oversee programs addressing shelf life, lot traceability, recalls, and cold chain integrity
- Partner with QA, Regulatory, Operations, and Logistics teams
- Improve demand planning, inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and waste reduction
- Support ERP, traceability, and forecasting system implementations
Required Experience
- 5 years of supply chain program management in food, beverage, or CPG
- Strong understanding of perishability, lot control, and food safety requirements
Salary : $70 - $75
