Position Summary
In this position, you’ll take over leadership of a test readiness integration program for sub-critical experiments for Los Alamos National Laboratory at the Nevada Test Site. Your role is to build and maintain a full-scope schedule that aligns construction, maintenance, operations, and testing efforts. We need your help facilitating data collection, integrating schedules, and providing big picture updates on activities. This is a 12-month, onsite contract role in Mercury, NV at the Nevada Test Site.
Key Duties
- Lead program-wide coordination and schedule planning
- Collect and consolidate data across workstreams
- Develop an integrated master schedule with P6 Scheduler
- Track construction, maintenance, operations, and support needs
- Ensure readiness for all test-related resources and documents
- Monitor progress, risks, and schedule impacts
- Provide clear updates and status to stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
- Use a company vehcile to move around the NTS
