Role: Test Manager / UAT Lead with Trading, Capital Markets, Tax, or Regulatory applications.

Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
- Develop UAT strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.
- Coordinate with business users, BAs, development, and QA teams.
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and closure.
- Provide regular status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage against business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate business sign-off and production readiness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Skills: UAT Management, Test Planning & Execution, Defect Management, Jira/ALM, Test Management, Stakeholder Management.
Preferred: Banking experience, preferably within Trading, Capital Markets, Tax, or Regulatory applications.
