- 10-12 years of experience in program delivery, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in the payments industry, including merchant onboarding, payment gateway integrations, and digital banking platforms, knowledge of acquiring and issuing business.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of implementation lifecycle, configuration-driven delivery, and offshore coordination.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with global payment aggregator platforms.
Note :- We need a developer lead who have transitioned into Project manager for this role .
