About the Role
Tech Recycle Solutions is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a floor — organizing inventory, directing staff, and building the structure and accountability that keeps a warehouse running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, inventory, and shipping
- Lead, schedule, and hold accountable a small team of warehouse staff
- Establish and enforce processes, workflows, and standards to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Track inventory accuracy and maintain organized, safe storage of materials and equipment
- Identify bottlenecks and operational pain points, and drive solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Report on productivity, throughput, and staffing to ownership
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead, supervisor, or operations role
- Proven ability to manage people and improve how a warehouse runs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable being hands-on — this is a working lead position, not a desk job
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to take ownership without being micromanaged
- Basic computer/inventory system skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the shift
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Nice to Have
- Forklift certification (we're willing to train the right person, but already certified is a plus)
- Experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, refurbishment, or a similar materials-handling environment

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
