We are a Servicenow Partner. Our direct client is looking for ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, for a Hybrid (1 day/month onsite), very long term contract in York, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements facilitation and documentation working with product owners, platform architect, developers, administrators.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Experience working in Agile software development projects, as a member of scrum teams.
- Business consulting experience preferred
- Experience working as BA in ServiceNow/Remedy/ITSM cloud platform/ITOM cloud platforms required
- ITIL Foundation certification is desired
- Work independently and as a team member
- Effective Communication Skills - orally and in writing.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role onsite approximately 1 day/month in York, PA
Candidates must live within 1 hour of York, PA
Type: Very Long-term contract
