Experience: 3–6 Years
USA Citizens and Green card Holders only
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Lab IT Support / Instrumentation Support
- Hands-on with ServiceNow (ITSM)
- Experience in Shell Scripting / PowerShell, VB.Net
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Windows 10/11
Domain Requirement (Mandatory):
- Candidates must have experience in Oil & Gas OR Pharma OR Manufacturing industry
Additional Skills:
- Experience with lab software tools (Chromeleon, OpenLab, Chemstation, etc.)
- Understanding of networking, VLANs, and system integrations
