Senior Systems Analyst Role

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, IQMS/DELMIAWorks. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, specifically IQMS/DELMIAWorks, and experience working in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure IQMS/DELMIAWorks across various modules
- Design and develop Crystal Reports to meet business intelligence needs
- Develop SQL queries to optimize database performance
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure high uptime
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience with IQMS/DELMIAWorks across various modules
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with IQMS/DELMIAWorks
- Strong experience in designing and developing Crystal Reports
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in plastics manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multi-ERP environments
- Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence systems
- Experience implementing quality management systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with SQL Queries and/or Oracle
