ySeeking a CCaaS Data Engineer with experience in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions, IVR/IVA platforms, Java microservices, Kafka, and AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP, CRM/CTI integrations, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and data pipeline development
.Responsibilitie
- sDesign and implement CCaaS, IVR, and IVA solutions
- .Develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and Kafka-based applications
- .Build and support cloud-native solutions on GCP
- .Integrate CRM, CTI, APIs, SIP/WebRTC, and contact center platforms
- .Develop and maintain data pipelines and datasets
- .Implement AI/ML models including SARIMA and Prophet
- .Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git
- .Support Agile, DevOps, and production environments
