About the Role  

TechnoMile is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services and Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement enterprise-grade solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will drive the architectural roadmap for implementations, ensure the integrity and scalability of solution design, and mentor team members. What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Lead solutioning efforts by evaluating technology options and recommending the most effective approaches to meet client needs.
• Drive systems integration across CRM, internal applications, and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration.
• Serve as an individual contributor with deep technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Define project scope, requirements, and architecture in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and long-term scalability.
• Translate business drivers into technical capabilities, designing architectures that support both current and future-state business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and blueprints, ensuring their ongoing evolution.
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, and technical decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications  

• 7 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in enterprise solution architecture and systems integration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement).
• Skilled in architecting complex solutions that integrate multiple systems and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into effective solutions.
• Experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ownership in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate project needs with long-term goals.
