Product Manager

About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team. In this highly visible role, you will help shape the vision and delivery of our products, ensuring they meet client needs and drive the overall product strategy. You will collaborate closely with Product leadership, Engineering, and Design teams, while also engaging directly with customers to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to gather insights, present technical PoCs, and communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and feature development.
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities and the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver products that balance simplicity, scalability, and extensibility.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product prioritization and decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5 years of software product management experience in a software product company.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
- Hands-on program management in packaged product implementations.
- Knowledge of contract management platforms preferred.
- Experience working with Aerospace and Defense, MRO, or GovCon firms desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
