Lead UX Designer

About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. You will lead the design and development of intuitive and impactful user experiences for our SaaS product tailored to the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. In this role, you will drive the strategic UX direction, ensuring our complex workflows, data analytics, and AI-driven tools empower our customers to work smarter.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for our SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the design of complex workflows and data analytics tools that cater to the unique needs of GovCon users.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI features that simplify and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop user journeys that guide product development.
- Design intuitive interfaces for presenting complex data analytics in a clear, actionable manner.
- Work with the Data Science team to visualize AI-driven insights that make decision-making easier for our users.
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure the UX vision aligns with business objectives.
- Present UX strategies and designs to senior leadership and clients, effectively communicating the value of design choices.
- Oversee the implementation and management of UX workflows within Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth collaboration and project tracking.
- Continuously assess and optimize design processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of overall UX experience
- Ability to come up with creative ideas that keeps our SaaS product fresh
- Conduct concept testing, develop personas based on desired end user audiences, and perform task/user analysis
- Perform or utilize qualitative and quantitative research to create compelling online experiences that generate business results
- Plan and execute strategies that drive final interactive product development
- Create prototypes that illustrate proposed navigation design and information hierarchy
- Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
