HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid/In-Office Options
About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This team member will report to our HR Director and will undertake a variety of human resource duties from administrative support work, to coordinating events & meetings, and being involved in the recruiting and the onboarding process.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource department
- Maintain accurate and confidential human resource records. Update HRIS (ADP preferred) system on an ongoing basis and maintain digital files.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the Human Resource department.
- Strong technical presentation skills necessary
- Assist the HR Director with benefits administrator
- Use data and metrics to provide statistical reporting
- Assist with payroll & expenses
- Support the HR Team with ongoing and special HR projects
- Be an integral part of corporate culture
- Recruiting: job postings, back-end reporting/ metrics, onboarding
- Support offshore HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 year of HR or Administrative Support experience
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to develop charts/reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with HRIS system
- Excellent organization skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
