- This team manages MultiFamily Products in the Asset Management Space
- Looking for a seasoned Business / Product Analyst
- Candidate will develop user guides, write release notes, coordinate with the operations team, customers, vendors, and partners
- Top 3 skills: Operations management, Product Analysis, and Change Management
- Experience writing user stories
- Change Management experience (basic, related to products)
- Independent worker
- Should be able to write release notes and Guides without supervision
- Candidate will manage the Release notes for product features with the business context
- SQL is not a must-have - Good to have
- Jira, Confluence are good to have
- MS Office
- Other titles: Business Analyst / Technical Writer
