The Data & Reporting team builds and manages the database. We hydrate data from various source systems into a secure, structured database and provide data to downstream consumers. Our team operates as a Scrum team of 8–9 members, including a Product Owner, Tech Lead, Analysts, Developers, and Testers.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Scrum team. The ideal candidate will lead functional requirements gathering, perform data analysis, and write technical specifications for developers. This role also includes user testing after development and occasional GUI requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document functional business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) post-development.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Work efficiently within an Agile/Scrum environment.
