We are seeking a Mid-Level Quality Assurance Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software issues, reviewing test cases, requirements, functional and design documents, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing quality control practices across teams, projects, and companies.Responsibilities:Review test plans, test cases, requirements, functional and design documents, and ensure accuracy and alignment with acceptance criteria.Plug into software testing activities following Agile-based methodologies, collaborating closely with Design and Development teams.Analyze and translate functional business requirements from stakeholders into detailed tasks for Design and Development teams.Lead the implementation of quality control (QC) practices across all projects, ensuring adherence to defined acceptance criteria.Ensure expert-level understanding and application of SDLC best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Serve as an Agile practitioner, applying Agile methodologies to drive efficient and effective project delivery.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize quality processes.Stay updated with emerging technologies and quickly adapt to learn new technologies as required.Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive and motivated work culture.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently multitasking and moving them forwardApplicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United StatesQualifications:Previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL ServerStrong root-cause analysis skillsDeadline and detail-orientedBachelors in relevant fieldExpert-level understanding of SDLC and best practices.Agile practitioner with experience in Agile methodologies.Ability to quickly learn new technologies.Proven experience in implementing quality standards across teams, projects, and companies.Excellent research and analytical skills.Self-motivated and thrives in a collaborative team environment.Technology Talent Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/DCompany DescriptionAwesome company with great references and growth opportunity.
