ECHO Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II. This role requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. • Perform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Knowledge of facility systems including lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, and related equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience with steel, aluminum, plastic, and related materials.
• Basic machining experience including lathe, mill, band saw, and pipe bender.
• Experience with electrical systems up to 480V, including conduit, wiring, and panels.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems.
• Forklift and aerial lift maintenance experience.
• Low and high voltage systems troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with maintenance software systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
