Job Description:
- You will be fully responsible for the success of our debt settlement operation, including.
- Operating entire front end
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales and service team.
- Lead Generation: Secure low CPA live transfer leads from trusted partners.
- Create and optimize in-house lead channels: SEO, social media, mailers, and more.
- Growth & Production: Own daily, weekly, and monthly production of KPIs.
- Everything from call center output to revenue milestones will fall under your command.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop marketing plans, streamline workflows, and improve customer outcomes.
- Manage a team of 5-8 Agents.
Required Skills:
- 3 years managing operations at a debt settlement or consumer finance company.
- The proven ability to generate high-quality leads to low cost via live transfers and digital methods.
- A record of accomplishment of building and scaling in-house teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in the debt space
- Initiative-taker mindset with entrepreneurial drives you treat it like your business.
- Total ownership of the business unit and its outcomes
- strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of financial services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Technical Capacity
- Ability to solve problems, analyze, and manage time appropriately.
- Aptitude to work well under pressure and time deadlines.
