What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Technology Hub Inc?

Job Description:

  • You will be fully responsible for the success of our debt settlement operation, including.
  • Operating entire front end
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales and service team.
  • Lead Generation: Secure low CPA live transfer leads from trusted partners.
  • Create and optimize in-house lead channels: SEO, social media, mailers, and more.
  • Growth & Production: Own daily, weekly, and monthly production of KPIs.
  • Everything from call center output to revenue milestones will fall under your command.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop marketing plans, streamline workflows, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Manage a team of 5-8 Agents.


Required Skills:

  • 3 years managing operations at a debt settlement or consumer finance company.
  • The proven ability to generate high-quality leads to low cost via live transfers and digital methods.
  • A record of accomplishment of building and scaling in-house teams.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in the debt space
  • Initiative-taker mindset with entrepreneurial drives you treat it like your business.
  • Total ownership of the business unit and its outcomes
  • strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of financial services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Technical Capacity
  • Ability to solve problems, analyze, and manage time appropriately.
  • Aptitude to work well under pressure and time deadlines.
  • Managing leads/ managing team on the sales floor
  • Preferably worked in sales in the past before becoming a sales manager
